PARIS, June 25, 2018 (MENA) - The Paris-based Arab World Institute (AWI) will host on Tuesday a seminar on the future of economic ties between Egypt and France. The seminar will be attended by Planning Minister Hala el Saaed, Investment and International Co-operation Minister Sahar Nasr, as well as several businessmen, including Naguib Sawiris, the Chairman of Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT), and CEO of El Sewedy Electric Group Ahmed el Sewedy. The French participants include Minister of State for Economy and Finance Delphine Geny-Stephann, French Ambassador in Cairo Stéphane Romatet, Crédit Agricole Egypt's Managing Director Pierre Venas, Senior VP of the Asia, Middle East and North Africa Business Unit at the state-owned public transport operator (RATP) Olivier Badard as well as a number of major French companies, including Saint-Gobain S.A. The seminar is held in co-operation with the Egyptian Embassy in Paris, the French Embassy in Cairo and the French-Egyptian Business Council as well as a number of French companies.
