Cairo, March 18- President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi will receive his Sudanese counterpart President Omar al Bashir who is due to visit Egypt on Monday, presidency spokesperson Bassam Radi, said on Sunday. The Sudanese president will pay a day-long visit to Cairo for talks which will tackle boosting bilateral cooperation, Radi said Meanwhile, Egypt's Ambassador to Sudan Osama Shaltout told MENA that talks will also cover regional and international issues of mutual concern, adding that this is the 21st meeting between the two presidents since Sisi assumed office. The visit aims at completing talks that were held between Sisi and Bashir in January in Addis Ababa where they agreed on the convening of four-way meetings in Cairo involving the foreign ministers and intelligence chiefs of both countries. Shaltout commended the impact of the talks held by the Egyptian and Sudanese foreign ministers on the sidelines of a recent Arab League ministerial meeting on promoting strategic ties between the two neighbouring countries.
