Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 06 - 08 - 2018

Castle Development and renowned El Makassa, unveiled Castle Landmark, an upscale smart residential compound located at the New Administrative Capital. With a built-up area of 41.5 acres, Castle Landmark will be developed at a total of 5 billion Egyptian pounds to be delivered by 2022.
Castle Development is a real estate company that focuses on developing high-value real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and administrative projects in Egypt as well as the gulf area.
"With the high level of competition, comes an incessant need to stand out, which can be challenging for a lot of developers in Egypt; we are constantly trying to provide flexible, personalized, and customizable, high-quality options to our customers.
Which is why implementing the latest technologies and next generation services is imperative to our success," said Eng. Ahmed Mansour, CEO of Castle Development.
A sister company to ABC, which was founded in 1982 in Jeddah – KSA, Castle Development is investing a total of 8 billion EGP in the construction of residential projects at the New Administrative Capital.
The strategic partnership between Castle Development and El Makassa, infuses the two entities' experiences, knowledge, and understanding of their respective fields, to not only create, but remain at the forefront of the new age of residential compounds.
Ideally located at the R7 site within the New Administrative Capital, and next to the British University, Castle Landmark offers fully finished units complimented with central air conditioning and premium security systems alongside a lineup of premium amenities and facilities, including a clubhouse, gym, comprehensive parking space, as well as commercial and recreational areas all adjacent to the city's Green River.
Landscaped by Egyptian-German Oko plan Consulting Engineers, Castle Landmark introduces cutting-edge, ultra-modern design concepts that involve elements of nature in every aspect of its plan, where 81% of the land area is allocated to greenery and open space.
"The New Administrative Capital, being one of Egypt's upcoming fourth generation cities, promotes the sustainable use of resources across its array of residential ventures. Castle Landmark is no exception as all 1800 units combine efficiency and premium quality solutions with a 70% dependence on solar energy," Eng.Mansour added.
He further clarified saying that "the New Administrative Capital is set to host a smart community of 7 million residents that use modern and advanced systems as the basis for management across 700 km2. As a company with a 4-decade history in the development of residential, educational, and commercial solutions, it is crucial for us to employ our bank of expertise through investing in a city with such economic value."
According to Mohamed Abd El Salam, Chairman of El Makassa, "the proportions of Castle Landmark, as well as the city surrounding it, have had a great influence on our approach in building integrated real estate services. Our partnership with Castle Development has come as a natural part of our process to ensure quality implementation of our vision."
In addition to varying modules, and unit sizes ranging from 120 m2 to 300 m2, the project's convenient design incorporates barrier-free, fully equipped solutions installed in its infrastructure, allowing for trouble-free and practical movement.
