EgyptAir Airlines announced that it will increase two flights for transmitting the pilgrims who got visas and haven't reserved the tickets. The number of the flights from Egypt to Jeddah and Madina Munawara reached 24 ones; 21 flights to Jeddah and 3 to Madina Munawara. All the flights take off from the seasonal flights terminal in Cairo International Airport, except two flights which take off from Borg El Arab Airport in Alexandria. Capt Ayman Nasr, Chairman of EgyptAir Airlines, said EgyptAir 23 flights will take off tomorrow; 20 flights to Jeddah and 3 to Medina Munawara. 22 flights will take off from Cairo Airport and 1 from Borg El Arab Airport. Bassel Al Sessi, head of the economic committee in Egyptian Travel Agent Association (E.T.A.A), said the current crisis is due to getting the visas from the Saudi Authorities late, consequently the reservations of some flights have been lost. Alaa Al Ghamry, board's member of (E.T.A.A), pointed out that the pilgrims' problem is because of the problem happened in the electronic system for issuing visas. This resulted in delaying the flights. And the Saudi embassy determined 15 days for travelling since issuing the visas, whereas a mix-up happened during reserving the flights.
