UAE-based Egyptians thronged to the Nile Property Expo– Abu Dhabi 2017 being held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), to peruse through attractive and valued investment opportunities from more than 15 exhibitors, on the first day of the three-day exhibition held from December 14 to 16, 2017. Real estate developers that include ARCO, Palm Hills, El Sallab, Emaar, Porto Group, and Capital Group Properties presented their best offers on the total cash and facilities in payment methods on their residential and commercial projects. The Managing Director of Expo Republic, the organiser of the Nile Property Expo Shady Amin commented, "There are approximately 450,000 Egyptians living in the UAE, one of the largest expatriate communities in the UAE. The need for investment in Egypt has surged a demand for such expos which provide a common platform for developers while giving investors a bouquet of opportunities to choose from." Visitors expressed their appreciation for the event that featured record low interest rates, easy monthly payment plans, direct B2C engagement, and a diverse portfolio of a range of projects have been cited as the factors behind the fuelled growth of the Egyptian real estate sector. "We Egyptians are eager to invest back home but unfortunately going all the way and looking for the right property is a disadvantage. Plus, online we can't be sure and it's never safe to trust but when we heard about this event we made sure we will attend it because to be able to talk to the right people and be able to choose from such a huge list of properties both residential and commercial is a unique opportunity," explained a guest who was visiting with his family. Bassem A.
