Egypt-based real estate developer, Abraj Misr, launched a new phase dubbed as "View 46" of its flagship project The Shore which includes touristic, residential, and entertainment at the North Coast.
The shore is located in Ras El Hekma Bay, in Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh desert road, to be built on an area of 180 feddans with total investments of 2 billion Egyptian pounds.
Tarek Bahaa, commercial director at Abraj Misr, said the company chose the name View 46 for the new phase of the project owing to the 46-metre elevation of the area from sea level.
He added that the project is to be styled as a gradual terrace to maximise the visible sea landscape along the 1,100 metre coast of soft sand and blue water, noting that construction work of these terraces is already completed.
Bahaa noted that the new phase is located on 60,000 sqm and includes 500 housing units with a variety of styles, starting from two to four rooms and ranging in size from 115 sqm up to 180 sqm.
In addition, the units are all fully finished and equipped with kitchens and air conditioning units.
Abraj Misr contracted with Mena for Engineering Consultation and Development, to carry out part of the work of the first phase of the project with investments amounting to 100 million Egyptian Pounds, added Bahaa.
The Shore includes a wide range of residential buildings designed on high terraces, in addition to four residential neighborhoods designed in accordance with international quality standards. It also comprises various types of residential units to meet all the needs and tastes.
Since its inception in 2010, Abraj Misr has owned several other projects in Egypt worth investments of 425 million Egyptian pounds such as Florenta, Lavanda and Montana Mall that costs 19.25 million pounds.
