Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT) announced on Wednesday that its chief executive officer Karim Beshara has submitted his resignation from his position as CEO and member of the board to the board of directors of the firm during a meeting held on September 30, 2014. As a result, Orascom Telecom's board approved the appointment Ahmed Abou Doma as a successor to the position. Beshara's resignation is effective as of October 1, 2014. The firm's board accepted Beshara's resignation and extended their gratitude to Karim Beshara for taking over the responsibility of setting up the company during the period of his responsibility.
