The index of Aqarmap.com Egypt has declined within May with 2.8% , the index recorded 1550 points by the end of May, so this decline is as result of the major decline which happened in last April that reached 16%. Emad Masoudi, CEO of aqarmap.com, stated that the real estate market has achieved significant positive leaps within the last month, expecting that there will be a real boom for demanding buildings within June. Masoudi has emphasized that summer period is divided into 3 phases the first is this June which may witness a great demand from citizens concerning buying processes, July which will be the second period of summer in conjunction with holy month of Ramadan, and the third period will be in August. Masoudi has pointed out that the value of Aqar.com index is calculated by using set of equations which based on accurate numbers and statistics that are collected from search engine of Aqarmap as it contains more than 35.000 new offered building residential units , more than 70.000 residential units offered before, in addition to the existing of 600.000 visitors for the website monthly. Masoudi added that we based on economic and statistical data which assessment the general situation of real estate sector in Egypt in order to improve the value of the index.
