Egypt's General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) and Exlnt Communications D&N, a subsidiary of the United Media Services Company (UMS), have signed a new cooperation protocol aimed at boosting investment promotion and awareness in Egypt. The signing of the protocol, led by Hossam Heiba, CEO of GAFI, and Dina Abdel-Fattah, CEO of Exlnt Communications D&N, marks a significant step. The new partnership is aimed to utilise various media channels and tools to enhance Egypt's investment environment both locally and internationally. It reflects GAFI's ongoing efforts to improve the business climate, increase competitiveness, and attract global investments. Exlnt Communications D&N will apply its media and marketing expertise to spotlight recent improvements in Egypt's infrastructure and investor regulations. "Exlnt Communications D&N will use its extensive experience in media and marketing to highlight the significant advancements in Egypt's investment environment," Abdel-Fattah stated. Amr El-Feki, CEO of UMS, will deploy his company's media resources to produce content that showcases the positive developments in Egypt's economy. UMS oversees 49 affiliated media entities, including television channels, production companies, newspapers, and social media agencies. According to the protocol, GAFI will regularly provide UMS with updates on new investments and changes to investment laws and policies. This partnership is designed to cultivate a genuine investment culture and highlight Egypt's investment opportunities to a global audience, emphasising the country's historical legacy in manufacturing and investment.
