QNB Launches 'Life Rewards' Programme In Qatar
Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 24 - 12 - 2012

QNB, the financial institution in the State of Qatar and the MENA region, is launching a total relationship Loyalty Program, 'QNB Life Rewards'.
The programme rewards its customers with points on the basis of all their accumulated relationships with QNB, not only from the traditionally popular card spending. QNB has developed an exciting, easy-to-understand and simple-to-use process to 'earn and redeem' points, with the program to commence on 23rd December 2012.
Customers will be able to earn Life Rewards Points by using various retail banking products and channels. For instance, customers will receive Life Rewards Points by using their newly issued QNB Life credit or debit card, or by maintaining a monthly balance for current or savings accounts, as well as payments of personal, vehicle or mortgage loans etc.
Life Rewards Points can be redeemed in various ways. Customers will be able to pay their credit card outstanding balance, pay their utility bills as well as being able to exchange the accumulated points instantly at QNB's participating partners' outlets, fully or partially. For a complete list of ways to redeem Life Rewards Points please visit www.qnb.com.qa. Additionally, they can convert their Life Rewards Points into other loyalty programs.
What differentiates QNB's Life Rewards Program from other loyalty programs is the multitude of ways that customers can manage their points beyond the instant redemption at partners' outlets. While redeeming points to pay for credit card outstanding balance or utility bills can simply be done from any QNB ATMs. The customer can in addition do the same and manage its loyalty points such as exchanging them into other partner's loyalty programs points from QNB Internet Banking in just a few clicks.
All QNB customers with at least one QNB Life Rewards credit or debit card will be automatically enrolled in the Life Rewards Program. The program is free for life, and has been designed to maximize customer satisfaction and cater to all personal and banking needs.
Supplementary card owners will also get the chance to 'earn and redeem' Life Rewards Points, which will then be accounted for on the primary card holder's rewards account.
QNB customers will be notified each time they redeem Life Rewards Points via a text message, if they are registered for SMS or by viewing their monthly transactions through QNB Online Banking service.
The program caters to a wide variety of customers all with unique banking needs and due to the simplicity of the system QNB anticipates that its customers will be motivated to actively participate in the program for their personal gain.
QNB envisions that the Life Rewards Program will be the program of choice for its customers.
