NSGB Purchases 159, 950 Shares Of Sogelease From NBE

National Societe Generale Bank (NSGB) purchased 159, 950 shares of Sogelease Egypt Company from the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).
NSGB revealed in a statement today that the purchased stake accounts for 19.99% of the total capital of Sogelease Egypt Company. All purchasing procedures have been taken.
Such move raised NSGB's stake in Sogelease to 59.99%.
