Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 15 - 10 - 2012

Mobiserve Holding, the leading solutions provider for telecommunication infrastructure and engineering services in the Middle East and Africa announced today the recent awarding of its ISO 9001, ISO 1400, and BS OHSAS 18001 certifications. The international ISO accreditations and British standard BS OHSAS accreditations are in line with the company's philosophy of adhering to the highest standards for its quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are the most widely recognized, internationally accepted independent quality and environmental management standards while the British Standard BS OHSAS is the most recognized standard for occupational health and safety management. Mobiserve Holding earned the certifications for its quality management systems as well as environment and safety management pertaining to its broad range of turnkey telecommunications and integrated solutions including telecom network roll-outs, network operations, maintenance, and upgrades, satellite communications solutions, the manufacturing of telecom towers and shelters, business process outsourcing (BPO) and managed services. The compliance with the ISO and British BS OHSAS standards was certified by a leading certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Council, and a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). Certificates issued are recognized as valid certificates in all countries with an IAF member.
“As a regional leader in telecom infrastructure, engineering services, tower manufacture, BPO, and managed services, Mobiserve Holding understands the value of international standards. Our work flow processes adhere to the highest quality management as well as environmental, occupational health and safety standards. So we are delighted to have earned international accreditations with our recent ISO 9001, 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 certifications," noted Eng. Sameh Atalla, Mobiserve Holding's CEO.
“The accreditations are a direct result and validation of the emphasis we put on consistently maintaining world class quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards for each and every client project. Equally important, we are very pleased that our range of telecom infrastructure and engineering services, tower manufacture, BPO, and managed services offerings will continue to be audited and certified on an ongoing basis in order to maintain the international standards our customers and ourselves demand," added Atalla.
The recent certifications follow on the strong year the company has had, having recorded a string of project wins and successes. Mobiserve Holding recently completed a number of projects such as a landmark LTE WiMAX network on behalf of a leading Saudi in-country operator, erected its first manufactured mobile network towers in Tunisia, as well completed the implementation of a host of full turn key telecom infrastructure network sites across Egypt and North Africa.
