Cairo - Terrorist group, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), published another threat against civilian citizens who will be voting in the last round of the French presidential elections. The terrorist group, via the An-Nur media affiliate center, spread posters, where the Centrist candidate Emmanuel Macron was named and pictured.
