Court resumes trail of 13 defendants in Tanta terrorist cell case

North Cairo Criminal Court, held at Police Academy, will resume Saturday trial of 13 defendants in the case publicly known as Tanta terrorist cell, Al Bawaba News reported.
The investigations of National Security Prosecution had revealed that defendants formed a terrorist cell in order to target army and police personnel in Tanta, 40 km north of Cairo, obstructing the provisions of constitution, preventing the public authorities from conducting their duties, and assaulting the personal freedom of citizens.
