Egypt witnessed a 4% decline in Russian tourists rate in Egypt from January to July 2015, according to a report issued by Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS), Al-Bawaba News reported on Saturday. The monthly report coincided with the Russian airliner crash Saturday morning in Sinai, which left 224 dead. CAPMAS revealed that Egypt received 1.6 Russian tourists in the first half of 2015, compared to 1.7 during the same period in 2014.
