Sufra Dayma: Creamy Peach Bake By Moushira Abdel-Malek Serves 4 Ingredients: 850 gm can sliced peaches in juice (drained) 1/2 cup plain all purpose flour 1/2 cup castor sugar 2 eggs lightly beaten 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup cream Icing sugar (to serve) Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Lightly grease a 4- cup capacity ovenproof deep baking dish. Add peaches. Combine flour and sugar in a bowl. Whisk together eggs, milk, cream and vanilla. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over peaches. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until just set. Stand for 5 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
