Sufra Dayma: White Christmas Treats By Moushira Abdel-Malek Makes about 60 Ingredients: 11/2 cups Kellogg's Rice Crisps 1 cup milk powder 1 cup icing sugar 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/3 cup sultanas or raisins 150 gms glacé red cherries (finely chopped) 150 gms glacé green cherries (finely chopped) 250 gms butter Method: Line 24 x 2 and 12 x 1 mini muffin pans with paper cases. Mix Rice Crisps, milk powder, cherries and sultanas. Put butter in a small saucepan and heat over low heat until melted. Cool slightly, then pour into Rice Crisps mixture. Stir until well combined. Spoon mixture into cases. Refrigerate for one hour to set. Serve in a Christmas decorated serving plate or basket. Merry Christmas...
