A Palestinian woman walks past a mural painted on Israel's controversial separation barrier in the West Bank city of Bethlehem, drawn by Italian artist Jorit Agoch, depicting Palestinian teenager Ahed Tamimi, next to another graffiti showing Palestinian paramedic Razan Al-Najjar who was shot dead by Israeli soldiers in Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip. Tamimi, who has become a Palestinian symbol for the struggle against the Israeli occupation, was released from prison on 29 July after nearly eight months. Agoch was arrested the day before for “vandalising” the barrier.
