Ines Abdel-Dayem withdraws acceptance from culture minister post
Former culture minister Saber El-Arab will be reinstated in Abdel-Dayem's place; no reason for withdrawal given

Former Opera House head Ines Abdel-Dayem has withdrawn her acceptance of the culture minister post, according to sources at the Cairo Opera House.
Abdel-Dayem was offered the position in Hazem El-Beblawi's transitional cabinet on Saturday 14 July, which she initially accepted.
The reasons for her withdrawal are not yet clear.
According to Al-Ahram's Arabic language website, former culture minister Saber El-Arab will be reinstated in the ministerial post.
