This show presents a rare group of the most important masterpieces of orientalists, which sheds light on an important historical period that has been seen in their works as Fatima painting by French Neoclassical painter Dominique Ingres, motherhood painting by Baby Martin, Nile painting by Eugène Fromentin, shadow game painting for Théodore Frère, a popular wedding party painting of Narcissus Berkshire, and an Arab tribe head by French romantic artist Eugène Delacroix and many others (23 December-6 February).

Tahrir Cultural Centre (TCC) AUC Tahrir Square Future Gallery A photo exhibition on Magda Saleh, Egypt's first prima ballerina and on the art of ballet in Egypt. The exhibit features archive material about Saleh as well as stunning photographs of ballet taken by renowned photographer Sherif Sonbol. The exhibition is open every day including weekends, from 10am to 9pm, except for university holidays (16 December- 31 January).
