Egypt is expected to witness dust storms and rainfall on the northern coast and in Delta cities Saturday until Sunday, according to a statement by the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA). Authority head Ali Abdel Aal said that summer did not yet kick off and that citizens should be cautious about the weather in the upcoming two days. Abdel Aal added that moderate temperatures are expected starting May The EMA statement warned of dusty winds across most of the country, including the Red Sea and Mediterranean Sea. Temperatures will remain warm during daytime and chilly through the nighttime, ranging between 29 and 14 degrees across the country's different regions. The North Coast and North Sinai: 24-17 degrees Celsius. The Nile Delta and Cairo: 28-18 degrees Celsius. North of Upper Egypt: 32-18 degrees Celsius. South of Upper Egypt: 41-23 degrees Celsius. South Sinai: 32-24 degrees Celsius.
