Diving and water sports suspended in Red Sea resorts due to bad weather

All diving and water sports were suspended in the Red Sea resort cities of Hurghada and El-Gouna Thursday due to unstable weather conditions, Egyptian news websites reported.
All marine trips to coral reef areas and to Red Sea islands around Hurghada and El-Gouna were also suspended based upon the instructions of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority to the Red Sea governorate and Chamber of Red Sea Diving.
The Red Sea Ports Authority continued for the fifth consecutive day its closure of Port Hurghada, suspending navigation between Egypt's Port Safaga and Saudi Arabia's Port Duba due to poor weather conditions.
