Egypt FA to pick one of three foreigners to coach the Pharaohs
Three candidates up for Egyptian Football's top managerial post: Colombian Fancisco Maturana, Serbian Zoran Filipović and US footballer Bob Bradley

The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) is currently discussing possible replacements for former national team coach Hassan Shehata.
“The EFA board will meet with three coaches this week to pick one of them,” the EFA announced on Sunday.
The three managers are: Colombian Fancisco Maturana, Serbian Zoran Filipović and Bob Bradley of the United States.
“President Samir Zaher and his deputy, Hany Abou-Reida and board member Hazem El-Hawary will make detailed reports about the three candidates before the board meets to choose one of them,” read the EFA statement on their official website.
The Pharaohs have not met since early June when Egyptian coach Hassan Shehata, the country's most successful manager, stepped down.
The EFA announced last week that French coach Hervé Renard is the most likely candidate to lead Egypt to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil before they halted talks about him.
Portuguese football manager Nelo Vingada, who currently manages Chinese Super League side Dalian Shide FC, was offered the post but he refused.
There were rumours about promoting the Olympic squad's coach Hany Ramzy after his outstanding success with the team but no official statements emerged. Ahly's Portuguese manager, Manuel Jose, was also reportedly linked with the job.
The champions of the three successive African Cups of Nations (2006, 2008 and 2010) will not be able to defend their title in the 2012 Gabon and Equatorial Guinea edition, as they are currently at the bottom of Group G with two points, behind South Africa (eight), Niger (six) and Sierra Leone (five) at the halfway stage.
