Horoscopes:
Gems of July
By Imhotep
Sometimes it is less about what move you make, my dear Scales, as people born under the Cardinal Air sign of Libra (23 Sep-23 Oct) are sometimes called, and more about setting something, anything in motion. You are utterly bored and in need of regeneration. The Stars insist that your romantic situation needs a kick in the pants. Almost any kind will do.
Something is going on and you can just tell. However, the parties involved may not be in the mood to spill the beans right now. Secrets aplenty, and the nicest thing to do is let them know you are there to listen or help if they need it.
Doubts throughout July will change into confidence and certitude in August. Rather than adding to someone's romantic drama, try to talk them down a bit. Be a sounding board rather than an echo. Or is it your own drama that you are getting a little carried away with? A friend can help.
If your feelings for a certain someone are fading fast or a certain situation seems weird, don't stress -- move on. Trust those instincts. The Stars indicate that a proactive approach will work wonders in August.
Birds of a feather, my dear Eagles, as people born under the Fixed Water sign of Scorpio (24 Oct-23 Nov) are sometimes called, sure do like to flock together. Relationships are in the forefront now. But, are you ready for the next one? If so, how can you show the universe? Put out your personal welcome mat. Open your heart and mind to all possibilities.
Want to negotiate a pay raise? How about an extension on a project deadline? Now is a wonderful time to put your requests forward, no matter how tricky. The Stars contend that you have the greenlight.
My Eagles, you'll be happy to potter along quite pleasingly by late July. The most perfect time for you, will be the last week in July. One little encounter with a stranger in the middle of the month can change your whole life.
Ruled by Mars, Eagles are often in combative mood. They do not suffer fools gladly, either. Eagles are instinctively prejudiced, until with much patience the blindfolds are removed. July is a month of action as far as Eagles are concerned. They will have ample opportunities in the last two weeks of the month to prove that they are still punching. And, there is nothing Eagles love more than a good fight.
Your personal interactions, my dear Archers, as people born under the Mutable Fire sign of Sagittarius (24 Nov-23 Dec) are sometimes called, require a little extra finesse across the board -- be they romantic, platonic, or work- related.
Love is in the air throughout July. Let yours show. Wink at a hottie. Compliment your beloved. Hug a friend. Tell a family member how much you value them and why. In the weeks ahead, plan some time alone to recharge. Flitting around on eight or nine tasks will just drain your energy, so direct those talents of yours wisely, my dear Archers.
Your natural compassion comes in handy now -- look at it from the other's perspective. Save yourself time and energy by working smarter, not harder. Instead of re- doing your overdue project three times, talk to all the necessary parties and ask about anything that is confusing or unclear.
You need to ask a favour from a prickly personality, but you are not quite sure how to go about it. Why not be yourself and speak from the heart? Do not beat around the bush. Way too easy, you suspect? It just might work out fine. Just when you thought you were free, here it comes: yet another person with a deep, dark secret they absolutely can't confide in anyone else. Stop sighing. It's your job and you know it.
Keep this new piece of information on the down low (as the Americans would say), whatever you do. An authority figure might be on a major power trip and they may not take kindly to what they see as insubordination. Save yourself some hassle.
Look out next week for Imhotep's reading of Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces
