The Interior Ministry announced the arrests Saturday, after journalists from dotmsr, a local website, used a hidden camera to capture horse-carriage drivers selling two stones for 250 Egyptian pounds ($32). One of the men bragged about selling stones to foreign tourists. "Flooding is a good solution in that area. The security coordination between Israel and Egypt is better than ever," Steinitz said during an event in Be'er Sheva. "We do not want another round [of fighting] in Gaza, we are not occupying Gaza, we do have plans for offensive operations in Gaza [if needed]. We are making a tremendous effort to deal with the underground [tunnels], but in the end you cannot completely seal your borders, there is no absolute protection," he added.
