Washington - U.S. President Donald Trump has signed an executive action for "new vetting measures" to keep "radical Islamic terrorists" out of the United States.
Earlier, White House spokesman Sean Spicer said the president would temporarily halt the flow of refugees into the U.S. and stop all entries from some majority-Muslim nations.
