The second phase of Parliament elections held in 13 governorates witnessed Sunday a low turnout during its early hours. "The leaders" Association which monitors and follows up the second phase of the elections said that the turnout is less than average, adding that number of officials voted in the elections such as President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, former President Adly Mansour, Governor of Cairo and a number of ministers. South Sinai's operation room announced that the turnout reached 8% in governorate until 1 PM, pointing out that 6211 people voted in South Sinai, including 642 voters in Sharm El-Sheikh, 2229 voters in El-Tor, 697 voters in Ras Sedr, 731 voters in Dahab, 440 voters in Nuweiba, 28 voters in Taba and 563 voters in Abo Rades. In Ismailia, 13 thousand and 518 people from a total of 908,248 thousand participated in the parliamentary elections in the governorate during its first hours.
