Horoscopes: Treading virgin ground

Horoscopes:
Treading virgin ground
As this tempestuous stream swirls on, my dear Crabs, as people born under the Cardinal Water sign of Cancer (22 Jun-22 Jul) are sometimes called, the victims start to float by. But, you, my dear Crabs are no victims. Indeed, the victims of circumstance shall depend on you for salvation. For typical Cancerians, October is a month of rescue missions. Late October might see some Crabs at the centre of struggles for control over their lives.
Fantasy and reality collide now with an unexpected crash. It's not as pretty as it is in your imagination, but it more than makes up for it with sheer excitement and drama. You wouldn't be able to peel your eyes away.
There's a time for hesitation and there's a time for action -- guess what time it is when it comes to romance? That's right, Imhotep knows that it is now time to make a move -- it doesn't really matter in which direction.
People who are a drain on your energy wouldn't change no matter how many chances you give them. Resolve to protect yourself and find like-minded types who are on your wavelength, rather than people you need to take care of.
Figure out exactly what you want and need and get it yourself. Once you reach for it, my dear Crabs, it will be closer than you think.
Distance might not just lend enchantment, but a much needed sense of sanity if people around you are wallowing in their personal dramas. Taking a step back for now might be the right solution.
Like tropical flowers planted in Arctic snows, Lions, as people born under the Fixed Fire sign of Leo (23 Jul-22 Aug) are sometimes called, will feel somewhat confounded and abandoned by late October. Lions are rarely bound by convention. They don't like to follow highly formalised codes of behaviour. Some might give that impression, but such Lions tend to have more conventional Ascendants such as Virgo, Taurus and Capricorn ... the sensible and systematic Earth signs. Typical Lions like to do things with a difference ... but not the kind of difference that will scare the horses.
A complicated co-worker might excel at making matters more complicated and lately you feel that they've gone out from mild nuisance to outright liability. Stick things out and you'll see your efforts rewarded.
Live and let live -- that is your mantra for the holy month of Ramadan my dear Lions. Chant it to yourself even if you see people making decisions that you think are unfair. You'll be glad you took a pact of non- interference later. Take it easy.
Looking to someone else to stand up for you isn't just going to cut it, my dear Virgoans, as people born under the Mutable Earth sign of Virgo (23 Aug-22 Sep) are sometimes called. Your natural reaction to everything that is going on right now, and there is a lot, might be to space out now and tune back later. Just make sure you don't miss someone rather interesting who's taking an interest in you.
Apply your ample creative powers to the realm of romance now, and you'll get fabulous results. Think of a fresh, interesting or down right off way to meet people, or update your online personal with something unique.
It is a great time to think about putting down roots or making a personal situation more permanent. At the very least, it might be time to look for a bigger place to live or brightening up your home in some manner.
Imhotep knows that prying yourself out of bed might appear to be the biggest challenge for you, my dear Virgoans, these days. The world's not the most relaxed and carefree place now, and you'd certainly be forgiven for continuing to day dream all month long.
You long for peace and quiet. And, peace of mind is long overdue. Rest assured by the end of Ramadan, your world will be at its most romantic and fulfilling.
