Studio Emad Eddin, Orient Productions call for art applicants
Theatre directors and contemporary dance choreographers from across the Arab world can apply now to participate in the 2013 Al-Baqeya Taaty festival, set to take place in January 2014

Orient Productions and the Studio Emad Eddin Foundation have announced the 2013 call for applications to the 5th edition of Al-Baqeya Taaty (The Rest Is Yet to Come) theatre and contemporary dance festival.
Workshops for the festival will start in October, while the festival itself will open mid-January 2014 in El-Falaky Theatre in Downtown Cairo.
Egyptian and Arab theatre directors and contemporary dance choreographers under 35 are eligible to apply, with each entrant limited to a 30-minute performance including a maximum of four performers.
Projects selected to participate in the festival will receive a small grant to cover production expenses and artists' pay.
The application can be downloaded from the Studio Emad Eddin Foundation website.
The deadline for applications is Sunday, 29 September, at 12pm CLT (Cairo local time).
