Ahly goalkeeper Mahmoud Abou El-Saoud has been included in the team's African squad two days after winger Ahmed Sedik, forward Oussou Konan and Mahmoud Hassan "Trezeguet" were registered in the same list.
Under the helm of coach Hossam El-Badry, the Cairo giants finalised their training sessions on Monday with preparations for the CAF Champions league game against DR Congo's TP Mazembe on 8 July.The game will be played behind closed doors due to security reasons.
Ahly striker Emad Meteb will not be participating in Monday's training after taking a permission from the technical manager.
Midfielder Mohamed Barakat will join Tuesday's trainings after undergoing rehab for a muscle injury tha meant he could not take part in training sessions on Sunday and Monday. He will be available for the Champions League showdown.
The six-time title winners have been drawn up in Group B with archrivals Zamalek and Ghana's Chelsea.
