This is considered the third handover conducted by the Kuwaiti authorities over wanted Egyptians.

Kuwaiti authorities handed over eight Egyptians to Egypt's security on Friday. The eight individuals were under arrest in the country over charges of terrorism.
This is considered the third handover conducted by the Kuwaiti authorities over wanted Egyptians.
According to the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al Rai, which quoted security sources in the country, the aforementioned eight Egyptians were sent to Egypt according to the bilateral agreements between the two countries that stipulate deporting and delivering any criminals or defendants.
Moreover, sources noted that the eight Egyptians are facing judicial verdicts in Egypt over charges of terrorism.
Recently, Kuwaiti authorities declared the arrest of a Brotherhood group and published their names and photos.
Sources quoted by Al Rai said that the judicial verdicts issued against the eight Egyptians vary from five to 15 years in cases related to terrorist assaults. This is in addition to their participation in riots against security forces during the dispersal of Raba'a and Al-Nahda sit-ins. Sources in Al-Rai newspaper said that information regarding the presence of the eight Egyptian Brotherhood members turned up at security apparatuses in Kuwait and revealed that the eight were part of a large Brotherhood group based in the country.
According to the quoted security sources, the arrested Egyptians were residents as part of the Egyptian labour
force in Kuwait and did not recently enter Egypt. However, their names appeared during Egyptian investigations as they are believed to be involved in terrorist attacks that took place years ago.
Those who were subjected to investigations admitted that the eight Egyptians arrested in Kuwait were their partners in executing numerous attacks.
Al Rai noted that before the official declaration of their arrest, some members of the Kuwaiti Parliament tried to pressure Kuwaiti authorities to release the arrested eight Egyptians, or at least, to permit them departure to any destination other than Egypt.
The Brotherhood group is considered an "outlawed" group in Egypt and other allied countries, such as the UAE and Saudi Arabia, however it is not banned in Kuwait.
