The establishment of this university was signed in Berlin on the sidelines of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi's visit to Germany.
The new administrative capital is witnessing the establishment of several other international universities, notably the University of Prince Edward (UPEI), to present its programmes in the branch of Sustainable Energy Engineering, which is one of the latest engineering disciplines in the world and which is in line with the ambitious plan of Egypt and the Arab region to adopt the engineering of Industrial design and construction, that opened applying to Egyptian students and expatriates from all countries.
