International Universities to start its next academic year in the New Capital

The first phase of the new administrative capital is witnessing the establishment of eight international universities, which will be fully operational in order to be ready for the students in 2020, in addition to four plots of land dedicated to private university branches waiting for the investors in higher education in the first stage.
It was Better Home Company's vision, the first real estate developer in the new administrative capital, to facilitate suitable accommodation for both students and faculty members, which was designed to suit the unique social status of the high class of the society and the universities where work started through its fourth project In the capital, “Midtown Sky”, on an area of 122 acres, through which Better Home company was eager to provide a distinctive model for the aristocratic class, either studying or working in these universities, due to the location of “MidTown Sky” near many universities and near the most important features of the new administrative capital.
It is worth mentioning that from the universities that will be launched in 2020, the German International University of Applied Sciences GIUAS, which was laid by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the presence of Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy Peter Altmaier, Minister of Investment and International Cooperation Sahar Nasr, the German Ambassador to Cairo Julius Georg Luy, Deputy Secretary General of the German Scientific Exchange Authority (DAAD) Christian Müller, and a galaxy of officials from Egypt and Germany. The establishment of this university was signed in Berlin on the sidelines of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi's visit to Germany.
The new administrative capital is witnessing the establishment of several other international universities, notably the University of Prince Edward (UPEI), to present its programmes in the branch of Sustainable Energy Engineering, which is one of the latest engineering disciplines in the world and which is in line with the ambitious plan of Egypt and the Arab region to adopt the engineering of Industrial design and construction, that opened applying to Egyptian students and expatriates from all countries.
The studying is scheduled to start with a total of 4,000 students, the American International University, located in the new administrative capital, covers an area of 50 acres to accommodate approximately 20,000 students. The new capital also includes the University of Coventry, Britain, the closest university to the fourth project of Better Home MidTown Sky in the best locations in the capital, where study will begin in 2019.
Among the Egyptian universities is Egypt International University, one of the branches of the University of Sinai, which is about 57 acres, and the European Universities Complex, which is located on an area of 80 acres, and includes the faculties of (information technology, electronic biology sciences, engineering, pharmacy, biotechnology, architectural design and Urban planning, Arts and Humanities, Business Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, and Media).
The first phase starts with three faculties, the Hungarian University has an area of 30 feddans and the Swedish University, and it is expected that the estimated capacity in the first stage of the work of these universities will be 83 thousand students.
It should be noted that the certificates granted to students are approved by the Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt, and the first stage is witnessing more than 64 schools in various stages.
This distinction and excellence in the selection of international universities in the new administrative capital was the excellence in the site of the fourth project of Better Home “MidTown Sky” with its large area.
