WASHINGTON: Egyptian ambassador to the U.S, Sameh Shoukry, said the number of Egyptians abroad in the U.S. voting in the second phase of the parliament elections rose to 500 voters up until 1:00 P.M. today December 13. He pointed out the embassy will do the vote counting and then state the final results in the presence of observers from the Egyptian community. The ambassador pointed out the Egyptian embassy decided to extend working hours until midnight to follow up on receiving envelopes to facilitate the voting process.
