The victory came after Egypt's team won all three matches against France, as Nour El-Sherbiny defeated Camille Serme, Raneem El-Welily won against Laura Pomportes, and Nouran Gohar beat Coline Aumard. The final match will take place on Saturday, in which Egypt will face England.
