Nasr played out a tame goalless draw with their arch-rivals Hilal to wave goodbye to the King Cup knock-out stage on Sunday in a game that saw Hossam Ghaly launch into an argument with a teammate. The Chief went through on the away goal rule, as the first leg had ended in a 1-1 draw at Nasr. Egyptian midfielder Ghaly was named in the starting line-up and played the whole 90 minutes for Nasr. Even though he was influential in midfield, the former Tottenham Hotspur man spoiled his good performance with a heated spat with his fellow midfielder Elton Jose. Both players failed to communicate with each other telepathically near the halfway line, as the Brazilian didn't expect Ghaly's back-heeled pass, which was easily intercepted by Hilal star Tarek Al-Tayeb. Ghaly started the altercation by blaming his teammate and pushing him in the chest. The argument was about to turn into a fist fight, but some of Nasr players interfered to calm down Jose, who seemed close to getting aggressive.
