Brmaja completes registration with MCDR in preparation for IPO

Brmaja for information technology has completed its registration with the Misr for Central Clearing, Depository, and Registry, in preparation for offering its shares on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Brmaja is a subsidiary of an international group that operates in 16 countries around the world, including eight Arab and African countries. The Egyptian market is on its priority list for expansion, growth, and access to more African and global markets in light of the full government support for all digital transformation processes in Egypt.
The company owns a set of digital platforms and products that cover technology and horizontal and vertical platforms, with the full capacity and unlimited potential of using artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to provide its clients with high-level consulting solutions for information technology and digital transformation.
The company revealed that it intends to implement a business volume exceeding $180m during the next five years, as the company is working on preparing the estimated budget and business plan for the coming years as well as making serious and advanced steps in financial procedures and the legal system in preparation for listing its shares on the EGX as soon as possible to take advantage of the great developments that the market is witnessing in the current period.
Chairperson of Brmaja Hatem Bakhit said that the group has shown its main interest in the Egyptian market during the current period, which has become a pivotal goal in the development of the group's business and its expansion in Africa and the Middle East in many promising digital services that Egyptians aspire to take advantage of, such as automation applications, AI, interactive consulting, digital analytics, IoT, blockchain, and other services for all sectors.
The list of countries in which Brmaja Group is present mainly includes Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, and the United Arab Emirates, the United States of America, India, Pakistan, Algeria, Morocco, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Ukraine.
