Egypt's property developer firm IWAN Developments is planning to pump total investments of 2 billion Egyptian pounds ($126 million) into its projects during 2020, said chief executive Walid Mokhtar. The company has injected 1.5 billion pounds into its project by the end of 2019, Mokhtar said. He further told Amwal Al Ghad that his company plans to start executing its fully-fledged housing flagship – Majada – in Ain Sokhna on an area of 101 feddans within 2020. Mokhtar also added that his company is planning to participate in two real estate fairs in Dubai and Saudi Arabia to market its project Majada. IWAN Developments is working on the designs of its new projects in New Cairo, implemented in cooperation with New Urban Communities Authority on an area of 100 feddans . It is worth noting that Iwan has so far built seven residential compounds since its inception 15 years ago, on an area of more than 886,000 square meters in Egypt, including Jira, Jawar, Atrium, Alma, and lastly Axis in 6th of October City.
