Tokyo stocks bounced back Thursday, snapping a two-day losing streak, on a softer yen and a rebound in the price of oil. The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average ended up 224.55 points, or 1.41 percent, from Wednesday at 16,140.34. The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange finished 23.01 points, or 1.79 percent, higher at 1,307.54. Every industry category on the main section gained ground led by construction, financial, electric power and gas issues.
