Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi discussed bilateral relations with his South African counterpart Jacob Zuma in a telephone call on Monday, the Egyptian presidency said. According to the statement, El-Sisi received the telephone call from Zuma during which they discussed several matters including ways to boost bilateral Egyptian-South African relations. The two presidents also discussed the latest developments surrounding a number of African issues. President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi said he appreciated his country's strong relations with South Africa. President Zuma also expressed his appreciation for the level of coordination and consultation between the two nations on a number of regional issues.
