Shikabala has rejected a loan offer from top Romanian side Vaslui, indicating that he is after a move to a bigger European club. Zamalek revealed that a €500,000 offer have been received from Vaslui, who could play Champions League football after finishing second in the Romanian league last season. But Shikabala, who has been under fire since his infamous tantrum in the Champions League game with Maghreb Fes, said the move does not appeal to him. “I will not play in the Romanian league. If Zamalek want me to go, it will be to a top European league,” the Egypt international told FilGoal.com. Zamalek have been seriously pondering loaning out their star player following the rift with manager Hassan Shehata, who insisting on axing the midfielder from next season's squad. Shikabala, who is tied with Zamalek until the summer of 2014, has also been approached by clubs in the Gulf including Saudi giants Ittihad Jeddah.
