Ismaili want to run the rule over Arab Contractors striker Rami Rabie starting next season and their overtures appeal to the 27-year-old. "We have opened talks with Rabie but we are yet to discuss the financial details of the deal," Ismaili vice president Hamed Mousa told FilGoal.com. Former Ahli man Rabie confirmed the ongoing negotiations, saying the Mountain Wolves are yet to give him the all-clear to leave. "I met with Ismaili chairman Nasr Aboul-Hassan and he said he can talk Contractors into letting me go," he told FilGoal.com. "Both clubs have to reach an agreement in order for me to seal the move, otherwise I will stay put. "There are no problems between me and Contractors, I just want to join Ismaili because they are a better side and more popular." Rabie, who still has two years on his current contract, joined Contractors from Ahli in 2007 after failing to prove his worth at the Cairo club.
