Published in Daily News Egypt on 27 - 03 - 2023

Tabarak Holding has organized four special exhibitions in February and March in a number of Gulf countries to showcase its projects in New Cairo, New Zayed, Nasr City, Ras Sidr, and Katameya within its strategy to export property under slogan "Your Property is Your Investment".
The first exhibition was held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from 15 to 18 February, then Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from 2 to 4 March, and Dubai, UAE, from 4 to 5 March, and the tour concluded in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, from 9 to 11March.
Vice President of Tabarak Holding Bassem ElShorbany stated that the exhibitions in the Gulf countries met with a strong demand by Egyptian communities and a greater turnout from the citizens of those countries.
ElShorbany said: "This demand reflects the confidence of the Gulf market in investing in Egyptian real estate and confidence in the Egyptian economy. TBK has four branches in the Gulf in Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah and Riyadh to provide the best customer service and continuous communication with customers."
Additionally, Tabarak Holding participated in the Economic-Real Estate Conference "Al-Jisr" that was held in Riyadh, in which Ali ElShorbany, the Chairperson of the company, highlighted the depth and interdependence of the Egyptian-Saudi relations, which are characterized by strength and continuity, given the prestige and great capabilities enjoyed by the two countries at the Arab, Islamic and international levels.
ElShorbany said that the urban development that Egypt is currently implementing has contributed to raising the capacity of the Egyptian real estate market and enhancing its attractiveness to foreign investments in light of many advantages that are unique to it compared to competing markets.
He explained that the 90 Avenue project of TBK Developments (a subsidiary of Tabarak Holding Group) is one of the company's most important projects which is located in the heart of the Fifth Settlement directly in front of the American University and includes more than 1,450 housing units. The project consists of four phases that have been completed. The first phase was delivered more than a year ago and includes 300 housing units. The second phase is now being delivered and includes 340 other units, provided that the construction of the entire project will be completed by the end of 2024, in addition to commercial and entertainment spaces exceeding 60,000 sqm and administrative units with an area of 25,000 sqm.
The company is also developing the Capital Residence project in Nasr City. The project includes 1,750 housing units and 20,000 sqm of commercial space. The first phase has been completely completed and 550 housing units have been delivered. Currently, the second phase of the project, which includes more than 1200 housing units, is being completed.
