Tabarak Developments expands in Gulf region with A'Aly Al Riyadh project

Tabarak Developments is taking major steps to expand in the Arab Gulf area launching its project "A'Aly Al Riyadh". The project is overlooking the horizon of Hanifa's Valley, which is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with a total investment of SR 100m; the project was established at the beginning of 2018.
A'Aly Al Riyadh spans over 12,500 sqm encompassing 139 residential units with spaces ranging from 120 to 150 sqm in addition to splendid duplex villas with an average space of 300 sqm. The project is ready for residents to move in and the units are fully finished.

Tabarak Developments was established in 1979 with a total investment of more than EGP 16bn. It operates across various sectors that include real estate, tourism, and industrial investment. A group of companies was established under the name of Tabarak Holding. In 2000, Tabarak began developing a group of integrated residential complexes such as Tabarak City, Maadi Heights, Beity, Fantasia, Sandry, Capital East "1" and Capital East "2", and other projects which provided residential, administrative, and commercial units for all categories. The company has branches in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and UAE.
