"Chairman of housing committee": the displacement of Al-Arish Copts is an evidence of the army's success
Published in Albawaba on 26 - 02 - 2017

Cairo - Engineer, Alaa Waly, the Chairman of the housing committee at the House of Representatives, condemned the escalation of targeting our brethren, the
Copts in Al-Arish, on the way that led to their displacement from the city to escape the terrorism hell.
He emphasized that what is happening to the Copts in Al-Arish is an evidence of the success of the armed forces in purging Sinai from terrorism, as the extremists attempt to beat the Copts, to frighten them and to push them to migrate from Northern Sinai with the intention of demonstrating Egypt's inability to protect the Copts and to stir up sectarian sedition. He indicated that increased the determination and hardness of the Egyptian people with all their sects because we live in one homeland and what happens to Copts happens to all the Egyptian people.
He added that President ‘Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi' is the first person to appeal to the world and to call to combat terrorism and he is still calling to confront it. Yet, nobody pay attention to that and so, Egypt is the only country to face terrorism alone and to wage a fierce war against it, on behalf of the region and the whole world in defense for its security thanks to the efforts of the armed forces and the courageous policemen.
He continued that despite the difficult circumstances and terrorism confrontations Egypt undergoes, yet, it is moving towards progress and prosperity due to the efforts exerted by President Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi and his endeavors to raise it in all fields of investments and development.
