His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received this evening at Al Shati Palace Sir Mark Lyall Grant, British National Security Adviser, who is currently on a visit to the UAE. Sheikh Mohamed welcomed Sir Grant and discussed with him bilateral ties and ways to enhance them. They exchanged views on current regional and international developments and their security and political impacts on the region, as well as the two countries' efforts to enhance regional peace and their coordination in countering extremism and terrorism. The meeting was attended by H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Deputy Secretary General of the National Security Council, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority (EAA), Mohamed Mubarak al Mazrouei, Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court and Major General Isa Saif bin Abalan Al Mazrouei, Deputy Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces.
