The Ismailia Criminal Court resumes Tuesday the trial of former supreme guide of Muslim Brotherhood (MB), Mohamed Badie and other 104 defendants, in the case publicly known as Ismailia Incidents, Al-Bawaba News reported. The defendants face charges of assaulting the Ismailia Governorate administrative building in July 2013, and killing a number of police personnel following the dispersal of Raba'a and Al-Nahda sit-ins. On May 17, 2015, more than 123 MB elements including Badie and ousted president Mohamed Morsi were sentenced to death over crimes of espionage and prison break.
