President Abdel Fatah Al Sisi met Sunday with a delegation of the Congress at the Presidential Palace to discuss Cairo's vision towards terrorism in Middle East and the world, presidential spokesperson said. The delegation arrived in Cairo late Friday in a 3-day visit, in order to meet with Egyptian officials. It includes 11 senators, headed by Robert Wittman, member of U.S. Congress Armed Services Committee. The meetings addressed boosting the U.S.-Egyptian bilateral relations, the recent developments in Cairo and the preparations for the second phase of parliament elections, Mr. Alaa Yussef said. The delegation stressed on Egypt's pioneering role in the Middle East, calling for reinforcing ties with the U.S.
