Sunday 5 & Mon 6, 8:30pm: An Iliad (USA), an OBIE and Lortel Award-winning solo performance, ‘An Iliad' is based on Robert Fagles' translation of Homer's poem, The Iliad.
Wed 8 & Thur 9, 9pm: La Traversée / La Nuit (Algeria/France), Nacera Belaza's work resembles a quest and tends towards the enhancement of the direct bond between the dancer and the audience.

Thur 2, 9-12pm: Opening set: Hatem Al-Chiati (Egypt) techno and deep house. Al Chiati began his music career playing guitar in the bands Uss w Laz2 and Bandetta before transitioning to electronic music. 8% (Egypt), a shaabi collective made up of musicians Oka, Ortega, and Shehta Karika, with DJ Shaawaza, 8% began performing their distinct genre of music at weddings before bursting onto the scene. A mix of electronic music, hip hop, and reggaeton elements, fused with traditional tabla beats, today it is one of the most innovative and infectious music scenes around. (UK) GOLDIEROCKS, (Sam Hall) is an international DJ and broadcaster.

Thur 2 & Fri 3, 12noon and 8pm: The 3rd edition of India by the Nile Festival presents the Bollywood Musical, A Tale of Love, Passion and Revenge, directed by Sanjoy Roy, choreographed by Gilles Chuyenand produced by Sharupa Dutta. It mixes drama, romance, emotion, colour, music and thrilling crime. The Musical will be performed by a troupe comprising most talented and eclectic artists using forms of expression ranging from the Indian classical dance and the traditional martial dance to theatre, folk and modern styles, acrobatics and hula hooping (Passes for these shows could be obtained from the Box Office).

Sat 4, 8pm: Advaita is an eclectic fusion band based in New Delhi, India. They have established themselves as one of the most innovative and original acts on the Indian music scene. It features Abhishek Mathur - Guitars; Aman Singh - Drums; Anindo Bose - Keyboards; Chayan Adhikari - Western Vocals/ Guitar; Gaurav Chintamani - Bass; Mohit Lal - Tabla; Suhail Yusuf Khan - Sarangi/ Vocals; Ujwal Nagar - Hindustani Vocals.

Every Friday, 8pm: A performance by clowns in Al Muiz Street, entitled; Al Aragouz Wa Khayal Al Zel (The Shadow Puppet & Qarakoz show) We Will Come Right to the Audience…Free Theatre." The show is presented by Wamda groupfor Shadow Puppets and Qarakoz, directed by Nabil Bahgat.
