Al-Ashaal threatens to internationalize the case of killing protestors

CAIRO: Likely Egyptian Presidential candidate Abdallah al-Ashaal today announced that Hossam Essa is one of the best figures to transition Egypt to democracy in the coming months.
“Essa has struggled for democracy and freedom for 40 years while staying away from personal goals or motives,” al-Ashaal said.
Al-Ashaal also expressed his regret about the incident this morning at the Council of Ministers where one demonstrator was killed by a security vehicle, and called for an investigation into the incident.
He also called on demonstrators to remain in Tahrir Square and steer clear of the Council of Ministers and the Interior Ministry so as to avoid more clashes and bloodshed.
