Egypt forward Mohamed Zidan is one goal away from becoming the first player in the history of the Bundesliga to score in each of his first six games with his new club. The Mainz ace found the net five times in as many games since moving on loan from Borussia Dortmund, who were the last to concede a goal from their own striker. He became the first-ever winter signing to reach that feat in the Bundesliga, but now he is poised for another milestone if he managed to score against Nurnberg on Saturday. Zidan equaled Fredi Bobic's record of five goals in his first five matches with Stuttgart in the 1994-1995 season opener as he aims to surpass the former Germany striker this weekend. But the 30-year-old may have to work hard as the mid-table Nuremburg are on a three-match winning streak; their best run so far this season. Mainz, on the other hand, are unbeaten at home since last October and could move into the top 10 with a victory over Dieter Hecking's side.
